Jeremy Williams
GMC Advisors' Managing Director, Jeremy Williams is a passionate, practical and engaging leader with over 25 years' experience here and abroad with leading organisations including RXP Services, Insight4, KPMG, British Broadcasting Corporation, Ernst & Young, and Wise Lord & Ferguson.
A Chartered Accountant by trade, Jeremy has wide-ranging experience in ICT program/project management as demonstrated through delivery of several large scale business transformation programs at major Tasmanian organisations. Jeremy's consulting experience has been focused in the areas of IT strategy, solution sourcing and procurement, quality assurance, benefits realisation, and the implementation of outsource and shared services arrangements across a diverse range of industries.
Jeremy is dedicated to using his experience to drive client outcomes and deliver sustainable change.
Paul Gazzignato
Paul is an experienced and professional Business Analyst and Project Manager, having worked on numerous significant large-scale system and business process implementation projects.
His experience has seen him participate in and manage all aspects of the system development lifecycle from project inception, requirements gathering, solution validation and delivery, testing, defect and change management, through to project close-out.
Paul has previously been an advisor and consultant with RXP Services, Insight4 and KPMG Tasmania, and in addition to providing project services, has experience in financial, IT and project audits, and provided strategy, risk and compliance advisory services.
